How much does a photo booth rental cost in Charlotte?
Charlotte photo booth rental starts at $749 for the Digital Photo Booth, $999 for the Print Booth and $1,199 for the Glam Booth. The Print and Glam Booths include an on-site attendant and a custom print template. The Print Booth gives unlimited prints; the Glam Booth prints one portrait per session. Delivery, setup and teardown are free within 40 miles of Charlotte. Audio guest books start at $349, video guest books at $649, and digital seating charts at $1,200 for five hours. The 360 photo booth starts at $750 for 2 hours, and the enclosed vintage booth at $2,500 for 4 hours.
Is travel included?
Yes, within 40 miles of Charlotte. That covers Uptown, SouthPark, Myers Park, Ballantyne, Mint Hill, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill, Waxhaw and Weddington. Farther than that, we’ll quote the travel.
How early do you set up?
About an hour before your start time, and pack-down takes about an hour after. The hours you book are all run time.
Is there an attendant?
Yes, for the Print Booth and Glam Booth: an attendant runs them for the whole event. The Digital Photo Booth doesn’t include one, but you can add an attendant for an extra cost. The Audio and Video Guest Books are drop-off: we bring them before your event and pick them up after. You can add an attendant to the Video Guest Book for an extra cost.
How do guests get their photos?
Print packages include instant prints. At every photo booth, guests can also scan a QR code or send photos to themselves by text or email. After the event, you get an online gallery of every photo.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, since dates are first come, first served. Custom experiences need at least 3 weeks. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush order, which carries an extra cost.
Can I book online, or do I need a quote?
Book online for one service on a standard package. Ask for a quote if you want two or more services, a corporate event, custom branding, or an event more than 40 miles from Charlotte.
What do you need from the venue?
Photo booths need about 10 by 10 feet of floor space and an outlet nearby. The seating chart screen needs covered space and a standard outlet.
Are you insured, and what if you’re late?
Yes, Charlotte Photo Booth Rental is insured. We arrive about an hour before your start time, and every booking comes with our on-time guarantee: the booth is set up and ready before your guests arrive.
Do you offer add-ons?
Yes. A red carpet is $99, handheld prop signs are $99, a 7×6 ft boxwood backdrop is $199 and an 8×8 ft flower wall is $299.
